RATIONAL Gastro Fest

RATIONAL Gastro Fest 2025 was a hands-on event designed for professionals from the hotel, restaurant and catering industries. The program focused on real-world operational situations, live demonstrations, tastings and open discussions with industry leaders – with an emphasis on concrete takeaways and practical solutions that could be put to use the very next day.

The event connected content with practice, technology with processes, and brands with people. The focus was on simplifying workflows in both the kitchen and service areas, while also helping teams become more stable and efficient.

Petr Říbal hosted the program throughout the day, while DJ Hrusha provided the musical accompaniment with saxophone.
